I had put the hand to similar sort of development too. But my favorite characters are Ksusha and Vasya, made for
the project of animated serial on MUZ-TV.

Ksusha is the classical rat. She is a symbol of a survival and ruthlessness. It makes her sincere pleasure to see as someone has got in a bad story. For Ksusha life is theatre, and she is the director, stage and trick manager at this theatre. And Ksusha herself carries out any trick with a grace. Ksusha is character peculiar to the black humour.
All plots are based on skirmishes Ksusha with environmental. Or they try to take away Ksusha's bread, or try to catch the untiring rat. Sometimes Ksusha herself goes ahead and arranges traps for her enemies.

Sense of his existence is searching of harmony of the sounds. This searching has led Vasya on the Earth.
All the plots are based on the searches of harmony of the sounds or on the struggle with undue soundings. Vasya is very peaceful, sensitive person, his relation with environmental exclude violence from him, but do not exclude violence in relation to him. However Vasya always finds a way to establish harmony.
The space of the screen is formed by two plans: photographic (or video) black-and-white background and the graphical colour foreground. All characters and all objects which cooperate with Vasya are graphical colour figures of the foreground.
Background has not to be adhered to the foreground thematically and plastically (if on the background is placed the sea, the characters of the foreground are not drowning or not sitting in a boat), that is, background and foreground are completely independent from each other.
The independence of the background and foreground gives additional opportunities of thematic binding within the framework of group of plots on the channel.
